An Organizational Needs Assessment (ONA) involves understanding the needs of employers, managers, and employees to identify areas for improvement. Using this tool will help determine whether skills gaps are affecting your organization’s performance and identify which skills may require upgrading.

Training Plan Development

Training Plan Delivery

Our training delivery service provides customized curriculum, in-person interactive activities designed to address skill gaps identified during the assessment phase. Whenever feasible, training sessions are conducted on-site at the workers' job location, incorporating a strengths-based approach and the Universal Design Learning Framework principles.

The delivery format includes engaging activities such as quizzes, role-playing scenarios, discussion prompts, and circle-sharing exercises to foster engagement and collaboration.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to define appropriate actions for solving challenging issues. The goal is to make employees more proactive and confident in tackling problems, resulting in faster and more efficient solutions in the workplace.

Workplace Language Training

By the end of the course, participants will be able to strengthen their reading and writing skills with a focus on practical workplace applications. Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to change

By the end of the course, participants will learn how to embrace change, stay flexible, and adapt to new situations effectively. The goals include cultivating a positive mindset towards change and innovation. Generating new ideas and creative solutions

By the end of the course, participants will learn how to think outside the box, approach problems from different angles, and develop innovation strategies that drive organizational success. Managing Food Safety

By the end of the course, participants will enhance their knowledge of safe food handling practices to produce safe food. Managing Food Safety (MFS) is a nationally approved online certification course that effectively teaches food handlers the importance of preparing and serving food safely. It uses engaging interactive elements to make the learning experience memorable for all participants.

WHMIS training

Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System: By the end of this course, participants will gain a thorough understanding of WHMIS regulations, the significance of labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and the necessary precautions to protect themselves and others from potential hazards.
