Shahina Suleman is the Founder and CEO of CoreThink Training Inc., a company that specializes in identifying skills gaps and providing personalized training plans to empower individuals in the workplace.

As a Certified Skills for Success Practitioner, Shahina has a deep understanding of employers, decision makers, and employees, and uses this knowledge to deliver effective employment training services services. She is also highly qualified, with extensive experience as an employability expert, adult literacy trainer, certified food safety trainer, certified ESL practitioner, and social emotional skills practitioner. In addition, Shahina has completed a UDL training course and is well-versed in the Essence of Circle Practice.

Shahina is not only dedicated to her work, but also to creating a more equitable and inclusive society. She is conscious of power dynamics and systems of oppression, and actively works to dismantle them. Her trauma-informed approach prioritizes creating a safe and supportive environment for her clients.

Outside of her work, Shahina is actively involved in empowering others through community activities. She serves as a board member for both Business and Professional Women (BPW) and Metro Toronto Movement of Literacy (MTML). She also created the Women Strengthening Women Mentoring Program for BPW Ontario. With her extensive qualifications and dedication to empowering others, Shahina Suleman is a highly respected and influential figure in the business community.
