Summerhill Market, a boutique grocery retailer in the Greater Toronto Area, is proud to be home to a strong team of dedicated and capable staff, who continue to grow their careers internally. In recognizing that managing people—particularly in diverse and fast-paced environments—is one of the most complex challenges in any leadership role, the organization launched a targeted training initiative to further support and elevate its team’s leadership capabilities.

Organizational Needs Analysis (ONA)

The training initiative began with an Organizational Needs Assessment (ONA) at both the Commissary Kitchen and Bakery locations.
